I am wondering any suggestions on safe protein powders for smoothies when pregnant?

Hi Marie! A vegan protein powder is safe while pregnant - I typically recommend Vega, MRM (veggies only), or Garden of Life. I hope that helps.  🤗

Yea its such a weird thing bc they don't really know and we really aren't allowed to prescribe it so everyone gets caught in-between.  Obviously you can make whatever decision is right for you but as long as its high quality brands like I mentioned there are usually no issues.  of course maybe take the one you choose to your doc for review if you would like 🙂
