C Section recovery
Hi again-- sorry for the multiple posts. I was curious about how this plan would work for us mamas who have had c-sections. As I mentioned in the intros, I am 5 weeks post partum with my firstborn. I had an emergency C section... baby flipped within 6 days of delivery UGH! I get cleared to exercise next week and I am extremely excited to start your program in February. My question is... should I do the C Section recovery plan prior to starting the workouts from the 4TM or will the 4TM workouts cover the healing/breathing required to properly heal from the surgery? Thanks!
Hi again! You'll do them in conjunction with one another. The C Section Recovery plan places a huge focus on tissue work, which you'll want to make sure you're doing. You'll also want to incorporate the Ab Rehab exercises so that you're rebuilding your core at the same time.
