Cystic Acne & Pregnancy
Hi Moms- I’m 12 weeks and my entire chin is full of acne. Trying my best to keep my mind strong knowing it will heal. Has anyone experienced this and can share what helped? Also, I know nutrition and exercise are extremely helpful to balance the crazy hormones going on in there. I’ve just haven’t had energy to always meal prep or exercise. How do you push yourself in the 1st/2nd trimester to follow these plans??
I did a cycling class this morning so that’s a start 🙂
@monmichele The first trimester can be tough. Maybe you can start by just making the dinners. The dinners are enough to also be lunch the next day, so essential you only have to cook one meal a day which is totally doable!
