organic raw dairy can be ok in moderation if you can tolerate it. research just shows us that most people don't do well on dairy and the quality of even organic dairy is not the best bc of the hormones in it. There is a ton of research out there on it. I have a ton of info on this but it's also all over the internet as well. Ill work on a post for this and share on IG or my blog and here in the community 🙂
Yes you can play around with the carbs at PM snack and lunch/dinner. Find your sweet spot there isn't just one perfect answer, so try it out and find what you like/works for you. Thansk for the update and please keep me posted!
Hi there! You can sub any lean protein for tuna...chicken, cod, tilapia, ground turkey, lean ground beef, etc. The vegan protein powders I recommend are MRM (veggies only), Vega, or Garden of Life. I hope that helps! Xo

I'm really careful with the macros on a day to day in your meal plan. If they are there, they are well balanced within that day, so I wouldn't worry about that!
