Intermittent fasting and 30 day slim down
You could but even if you do wait until lunchtime, I'd still want you to start with your first meal of the day as written on the plan rather than omitting it completely. So you'd still be eating all of the food on the plan, but within a shorter window of time.
If we are doing the workout program first thing in the morning - fasted - should we eat breakfast right after we workout? Or can we do intermittent fasting and eat a few hours later?
hi @mimuller it's totally up to you and how you feel after your workout. If you feel fine waiting to break your "fast" then it's totally ok - you just want to make sure you are getting in at least all of the main meals (B / L / D) within your eating window (snacks are optional). 👍.
