OK, I'm going to try and word this as least confusing as possible. Lol. In an earlier post of mine, you stated that the overall macros for the day seem to be more important than each specific meal (i.e. eating fat right after a workout). So, my question is, could I be hindering my results if I am moving meals around from day to day? In other words not following the day’s meals exactly. I’m still keeping the carbs in the afternoon, but re-ordering meals from that week or adding in one from previous weeks because I have it on hand or it just sounds yummy. Make sense? Thanks!
@anniee88 I think I got it. I mean it wont be exact- but it's a lifestyle program so it shouldn't have to be. As long as you are subbing b-fast for b-fast, lunches and dinners for lunches and dinners ect, you should be totally fine to do that. Some days are higher macro snacks for example so heavy things like PB balls, you wouldn't want to have ALL the time bc that will add up. Hope that makes sense 🙂
