hi! So maybe this is dumb but for the family size meals that are a one pot or sheet meal, what’s a serving size? My husband and I require different amounts of protein. Thanks!

usually your serving is 4-6 ounces of protein, 1-2 cups veg, 1-2 servings fat, 1/2-1 cup carbs.  with a recipes they usually make 4-6 servings so you would grab 1-2 servings of that.  Does that make sense? sorry if that's confusing.

That does! We’ve been weighing out our own protein and then just grabbing the veggies/starchy carbs. I think that’s where I’m not sure if I’ve been doing it right since it’s all mixed in the sauce already.

No, it sounds like you're doing great! If it would help you feel more at ease you can weigh the carbs too to make sure you're getting a proper serving but you really can't go wrong with veggies.
