Hi! So I posted a little over two months ago about not being able to lose more pounds and have been stuck at 133 for some time. I received the suggestion to do either IF or time-restricted eating. I have been doing the time-restricted eating continuously now for about 5-6 days a week. I usually stick to a 10-11 hour eating window. I usually workout in the mornings so I take UCAN before my workouts. I haven't seen much of a change -- it varies between 1 and 2 pound less so still not down to my goal of 126/137ish. I don't track my macros closely but I pretty much follow the meal plans, usually not including the morning snack. Wondering if I need to start tracking the macros to see what I need to tweak or do you have another suggestion? I also usually try to workout 5-6 days a week.

@lishwallace so are you saying the scale is saying 1-2 lbs less than it did 2 months ago? How many hours a week total are you working out?

@lishwallace ok so workouts i think are ok as long as you aren't feeling run down.  1-2 lbs drop is actually good.  Good average weightloss is actually about .5 lbs per week.  This is average- so that means many people lose slower than that and that is still considered good and healthy weightloss.  I know you want it to happen faster, but this is actually right on par and it appears that you are on the right track and losing at a healthy rate!

@lishwallace  Remember that the scale is not always the best measure of progress …. your body composition can also be changing and you can still be losing fat while gaining lean muscle!  💪
