For my job I travel so I’m not in an office- I can usually fast 12-13 hours but more than that I find hard because one I leave the house making a carb free- healthy breakfast is hard on the road. Is there benefit to a 12 hour fast? Ideas on fasting longer ?
Yes- so we want at least 12, 13 would be even better and 14 tends to be the best research wise. Maybe I would suggest doing time restricted windows and trying to do it for 13 hours too instead of IF and see what feels better for your body. -N
